Parenting & impulse lectures for working moms & dads and HR managers at DIGITAL MILE Linz

At DIGITAL MILE Linz, the focus is on people. That is why it is very important to us to address the mental health and family needs and challenges of our employees. With our courses and workshops, we want to offer our employees support on how to balance work and family in a better, more efficient and healthier way and prepare our children for the world in a media-savvy way.

"Children's photo in the age of AI"

For parents and parents-to-be (from pregnancy onwards)

  • What it's about:
    A souvenir photo here, a snapshot there. One goes into the family chat, the other is posted as a profile picture or post. In the age of generative artificial intelligence, we should think about this even more than before. It's easier than ever to edit and abuse photos and videos. Let's talk about digital child protection together.

For parents of children aged 6-12 years

  • What it's about:
    Digital games are more popular than ever: Roblox, Brawl Stars, Minecraft, etc.
    We adults usually know what the desired games are about, but we urgently need to talk about the risks and dangers.
    This is the only way we can guide our children safely through the digital playgrounds.

Keynote speech "The art of compatibility: how to master your job and parenthood"

  • Worum geht es:
    In diesem inspirierenden Impulsvortrag geht es um eine neue Haltung als berufstätige Mama und Papa, um mehr Zeit und Erfüllung im Alltag zu finden. Ich teile wertvolle Erkenntnisse und persönliche Erfahrungen, die helfen, den Blickwinkel zu verändern und eine positive Einstellung zu entwickeln. Wir werden gemeinsam erkunden, wie wir uns von stressigen Situationen lösen können und mehr Gelassenheit und inneren Frieden finden. <
    Durch die Neuausrichtung unserer Haltung werden wir in der Lage sein, den Tag bewusster zu gestalten und mehr Zeit für die Dinge zu haben, die uns wirklich wichtig sind. Dieser Vortrag bietet organisatorische Tipps und rebellische Denkanstöße, inspirierende Impulse und praktische Ansätze, um als berufstätige Eltern ein erfülltes Leben zu führen.

Keynote speech "Life-phase-oriented work as the basis for future-oriented corporate cultures"

Target group: HR managers, people & culture managers, interested managers at DIGITAL MILE Linz

What it's about:
Many managers and HR managers are increasingly finding it a balancing act to respond to the different needs and wishes of employees and their life situations. On the one hand, the search for individual solutions is very resource-intensive in terms of time, and on the other hand, there is a risk of promoting a proliferation of approaches in the company, which sooner or later leads to a loss of overview. At the same time, employers cannot and will not afford to reject individual wishes across the board. Life-phase-oriented working can provide a remedy here and offer a structure for establishing meaningful measures in the company. Let us inspire you and find out examples of how life-phase-oriented working can be implemented in companies.
