DiMi Stem Cell Donor Registry: Let’s defeat blood cancer together
In Austria alone, three people are diagnosed with leukemia every day. For many of them, a stem cell donation is their only chance of a cure. But finding a compatible “genetic twin” is difficult: only about one person in half a million is a suitable donor. That is why it is so important for as many people as possible to register.

Through our Cross-Company Working Groups (CCWGs), we provide the safe space needed to drive these active topics forward across companies in an environment of trust.

I'm going to donate blood—what about you?
We hold blood drives at DIGITAL MILE twice a year. This is a matter of great importance to us. Since we employ many expats in our companies, it is particularly important to us that everyone has the opportunity to donate blood and save lives. In Austria, it wasn’t always possible for people who did NOT SPEAK GERMAN to donate blood. We believed that blood knows no language and fought for more than two years until we were finally able to make it happen in 2025.
