You set the focus of the content!
The format offers space to focus on your day-to-day management with all its challenges and to work on your own personal issues.
Become aware of your strengths and skills and share your ideas, solutions and approaches in different leadership situations in this collegial setting.
Target group: Graduates of the management training program at the FH Upper Austria
