Once you have successfully completed the management training program at the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences, we offer the opportunity to attend a further workshop.
You set the focus of the content!
The format offers space to focus on your day-to-day management with all its challenges and to work on your own personal issues.
1st preparation phase:
To prepare for the two-day workshop, you will start a personal reflection process from which you will prepare a success story from your everyday management work and then present it in the leadership workshop.
As part of this reflection work, questions and topics will certainly arise that you will send us in advance to prepare the content of the workshop and which will then be dealt with in the leadership workshop.
2nd management workshop:
In the two-day workshop, you present your success stories and receive feedback from the other participants. This process is moderated by the coaching team, which also explains background information and modes of action where appropriate and useful.
Become aware of your strengths and skills and share your ideas, solutions and approaches in different leadership situations in this collegial setting.
Dates:
from October 21, 2024: individual reflection phase
For your reflection phase, you will receive impulse questions and can send us your specific topics and questions for the workshop using an online form.
December 03 + 04, 2024: Leadership workshop

Cancellation conditions:
If you are a registered participant and are unable to attend the seminar, please cancel your registration in good time. If you cancel 4 weeks prior to the start of the seminar, we will charge 100% of the participation fee as well as any cancellation costs for external seminar hotels. This cancellation rule does not apply if a substitute participant who will attend the seminar is registered at least 1 week before the start of the seminar.
